anism applied) as well as an employer matching contribution in the form of free shares outside France, and cash payments in France, which was twice as much as in previous years, as part of a reserved capital increase.

Employees were able to subscribe online in most countries. A web portal, customized for each country and its language, gave employees clear and appropriate information, allowing them to understand how the plan works and to easily subscribe. Employee participation in Opportun- ity16 is the result of a shared commitment by the Group headquarters teams and those of its sub- sidiaries. Additional support was provided by ambassadors working closely with the local teams in each country, informative brochures, videos and presentation materials.
